I grew up in a small town in Upper Michigan and now live near Minneapolis, Minnesota--a Midwestern girl through and through. I love it, although I grumble about the snow and cold!
I was lucky enough to meet the man of my dreams early in my life. We’ve been together almost fifteen years and are blessed (and, yes, even on the rough days, I say blessed!) with four beautiful children, who enjoy keeping Mom and Dad very, very busy!
Despite my busy schedule, juggling family and work, I find time to write. Hey, who needs sleep? Seriously, though, I’m grateful for an incredibly supportive husband who shows enormous understanding when I grab my laptop and run out the door the moment he gets home from work. He knows this means I’m escaping to the local coffee shop to consume way too much caffeine and write like a fiend.
Telling stories has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. When thinking back, one thing that always comes to mind is the stories I’d tell my sister on a nightly basis. Those stories were very simple, but always involved love and a happily ever after. So it’s no surprise I’ve come full circle and am writing romance novels.
